Our dental lasers are used for both cosmetic dentistry (creating better margins and better enhanced esthetic cases), as well as gum disease treatment. Treating gum issues like gingivitis, deep pockets or bone defects — lasers are able to help sterilize and clean up periodontal disease that otherwise would have to be done through debilitating surgery.

Sandra originally came to Capital Smiles on a recommendation from a friend regarding sedation dentistry. As someone living with dental phobia, Sandra struggled to find a dental home she felt comfortable with for even routine dentistry, such as checkups and cleanings.

When she visited Capital Smiles for the first time, she instantly felt comfortable. Being to numerous dentists in the past, including endodontists, orthodontists, and general dentists — she says Capital Smiles was the first office that asked thoughtful questions to ensure her comfort, such as “are you okay?” and “do you feel alright?” At our practice, Sandra says she does not cancel appointments like she used to do in the past at other practices. She is genuinely happy to be here and looks forward to her visits!

Are you struggling with dental phobia? Maybe you just haven’t quite found a dentist and team that truly cares about your unique wants, needs, and goals? Capital Smiles can’t wait to show you how we’re a step above! Call our office today to set up your first visit with our friendly team.
